[07/09/2024 - 01:00 WIB] There is an issue with the neo virtual compute on a specific host in the JKT2 region, causing the service to be inaccessible. Our engineering team is currently investigating and resolving the problem

[07/09/2024 - 01:49 WIB] This issue has been solved and the customer can check NVC service operational. Currently, our engineering team still monitoring the problem.

Network Region - Banten NEO BTN Network Problem

[00:48 AM] We have a problem with one of the network upstreams. The impact of connections using the primary upstream will be degradation, but we are currently optimizing using backup upstream. Currently our engineer team still troubleshoot the problem.
