    [26/07/2023 10:35 WIB] There is a problem with the NEO Dedicated Hosting and Neo Virtual Compute service West Java 2 can't access incoming and outgoing traffic, please do not take action on any NEO Dedicated Hosting and Neo Virtual Compute services while we are investigating.

    NEO Lite Services Problem

    [21/07/2023 19:35 WIB] There is a problem with the NEO Lite service and can't able to do order or access some menu, please do not take action on any NEO Lite services while we are investigating.

    [20/07/2023 - 07:00 WIB] We are having issues with web host 4 NEO Web Hosting, This issue resulted in the customer's email and website being inaccessible. Our Enginer Team is currently investigating the issue.
