Local Upstream Network Upstream Issue

[06:56 PM] We have a problem with the primary Network.The impact of connections using the primary upstream will be degradation, but we are currently optimizing using upstream backups.For now we're still investigating and currently the Principal team is still troubleshooting the problem.
