[24/04/2025 17:30 WIB] There is an issue affecting one of the region in our Neo Virtual Compute service, resulting in not being able to order, delete or edit existing services in NEO Virtual Compute West Java - 2. And there are access issues to the Biznet Gio Portal. Our engineering team is currently conducting further investigation.

    International Upstream Network Upstream Issue

    [10:26] We have a problem with the Secondary Upstream Network. For now we're still investigating and currently Principal team still troubleshoot the problem.
