    Jakarta-2 NEO Virtual Compute - Jakarta 2 Problem

    [10/06/2025 20:38 WIB] There is an issue affecting one of the region in our Neo Virtual Compute service, resulting in not being able to order, delete or edit/resize existing services in NEO Virtual Compute Jakarta - 2. Our engineering team is currently conducting further investigation.

  • [10/06/2025 20:41 WIB] The issue related to the order, delete or edit/resize feature on the Neo Virtual Compute service Jakarta - 2 has been resolved. We will continue to monitor the system to ensure ongoing stability.

    • NEO Object Storage Problem

    There is currently an issue with the NEO Object Storage service where the DNS is not resolving. Our engineering team is currently investigating the issue.
