West-Java-2 NEO Virtual Compute - West Java 2 Problem

[24/04/2025 17:30 WIB] There is an issue affecting one of the region in our Neo Virtual Compute service, resulting in not being able to order, delete or edit existing services in NEO Virtual Compute West Java - 2. And there are access issues to the Biznet Gio Portal. Our engineering team is currently conducting further investigation.

    West-Java Region NEO Lite PRO Services Problem

    [12/04/2025 13:16 WIB] One of the hosts in the NEO Lite PRO service is temporarily unavailable for controlling like create, editing, stop, start, restart, deleted & console access VMs via the portal. Service existing is not impacted & The relevant team is currently investigating the issue.
