Local Upstream Network Connection Problem

[18/07/2024 - 12:04 WIB] There is an issue with local exchange in Abhinawa and Telkom network via local Upstream. Currently, our engineering team is investigating and troubleshooting. In addition, we are re-routing the connection to the Local Internet Service Provider via the OpenIXP Upstream.

  • [18/07/2024 - 12:15 WIB] This issue has been solved and the customer can check server network connection again. Currently, our engineering team still monitoring the problem.

    [17/07/2024 - 11:23 WIB] There is an issue with local exchange in OpenIXP and Telkom network via local Upstream. Currently, our engineering team is investigating and troubleshooting. In addition, we are re-routing the connection to the Local Internet Service Provider via the International Upstream.

  • [17/07/2024 - 11:44 WIB] This issue has been solved and the customer can check server network connection again. Currently, our engineering team still monitoring the problem.
