West-Java Region NEO Lite Services Problem

[20/12/2023 16:22 WIB] There is a problem with the NEO Lite service and can't able to do access some menus such stop, start, restart and rebuild, please do not take action on any NEO Lite services while we are investigating.

[20/12/2023 14:50 WIB] The issue now is being recovered the customer can check it again from their service and the now service being monitored by Our engineering team.
