West-Java Region NEO Lite Service Problem

    West-Java-2 Network InterDC Problem

    We are currently experiencing intermittent problems with the InterDC connection from NEO Virtual Compute JKT2 to WJV2, and from NEO Virtual BTN1 to WJV 2 is disrupted. Currently our engineer team is still troubleshooting the problem.

    During the maintenance process, there was a within 5 minute disruption in communication on the NEO Virtual Compute, Gio Private, Gio Backup, Neo Metal and NEO Elastic Storage in the Banten Region.

    Selama proses pemeliharaan berlangsung, terdapat gangguan pada komunikasi 5 sampai dengan 10 menit pada VPN layanan Gio Private, Neo Metal dan NEO PX serta gangguan komunikasi pada NEO Metal yang tidak mimiliki IP Public dan NEO Metal PX di Region West Java.

    Banten-1 NEO Cloud Banten Host Problem
