West-Java Region NEO Lite Service Problem

    West-Java-2 Network InterDC Problem

    We are currently experiencing intermittent problems with the InterDC connection from NEO Virtual Compute JKT2 to WJV2, and from NEO Virtual BTN1 to WJV 2 is disrupted. Currently our engineer team is still troubleshooting the problem.

    Selama proses pemeliharaan berlangsung, terdapat gangguan pada komunikasi 5 sampai dengan 10 menit pada VPN layanan Gio Private, Neo Metal dan NEO PX serta gangguan komunikasi pada NEO Metal yang tidak mimiliki IP Public dan NEO Metal PX di Region West Java.

    Maintenance Duration: 1 Hour
    Duration of Interruption: 5-10 Minutes
    Details: Maintenance Network for Biznet Gio Service in West Java.
    During the maintenance process, there was a 5 within 10 minute disruption in communication on the VPN services Gio Private, Neo Metal, and NEO PX, as well as communication disruptions on NEO Metal without Public IP and NEO Metal PX in the West Java Region.
