[24/04/2025 17:30 WIB] There is an issue affecting one of the region in our Neo Virtual Compute service, resulting in not being able to order, delete or edit existing services in NEO Virtual Compute West Java - 2. And there are access issues to the Biznet Gio Portal. Our engineering team is currently conducting further investigation.

    West-Java Region NEO Lite Network Problem

    [25/12/2022 - 19:28 WIB] There is a problem at NEO Lite with high traffic network. Our engineer team still working on it.

  • [25/12/2022 - 21:00 WIB] Our network team still monitoring traffic and the problem has been solved.

  • [25/12/2022 - 20:20 WIB] There is customer who abuse our services. Our Engineer team has been blocked the source IP and network traffic has been normal again.
