NEO West Java 2 Host Problem

[11/07/2022 - 19:02 WIB] There is a problem with in one of our Host in the West Java 2 Region, VM on the host still can be accessed but for creating and rebuild will be facing a problem. Currently our engineer team still investigating and recovering the problem.

  • [11/07-2022 - 19.18 WIB] The Host Issue has been fixed, for now we are still monitoring the issue.

    • Jakarta-2 NEO Jakarta 2 Host Problem

    We have problem with our Host in Jakarta 2 . VM on the host still can be accessed but for creating will be facing a problem. Currently our Engineer's team still troubleshoot the issue.
