West-Java Region NEO Lite Services Problem

[17/05/2024 06:30 WIB] There is a problem with the NEO Lite service and can't able to do access some menus such stop, start, restart and rebuild, please do not take action on any NEO Lite services while we are investigating.

  • [17/05/2024 - 08.10 WIB] This issue has been solved and the customer can check the service again. Currently, our engineering team still monitoring the problem.

    [16/05/2024 - 11:20 WIB] There is a problem in the Neo Metal Region WJV that causes degradation performance.Currently our engineer team is still investigating and recovering the problem.

  • [16/05/2024 - 13.10 WIB] This issue has been solved and the customer can check the service again. Currently, our engineering team still monitoring the problem.
