[09/01/2025 - 05:32 WIB] here is a problem with one of the hosts in Region Jakarta 2, causing CRUD operations on the dashboard and Horizon to be unavailable, existing customer VMs are unaffected.
[09/01/2025 - 06:54 WIB] This issue has been solved and the customer can check NVC service operational. Currently, our engineering team still monitoring the problem.
