[17/05/2024 06:30 WIB] There is a problem with the NEO Lite service and can't able to do access some menus such stop, start, restart and rebuild, please do not take action on any NEO Lite services while we are investigating.
[17/05/2024 - 08.10 WIB] This issue has been solved and the customer can check the service again. Currently, our engineering team still monitoring the problem.
