Jakarta-2 NEO Jakarta-2 Host Problem

[12/07/2022 - 06:49 WIB] There is a problem with in one of our Host in the Jakarta 2 Region, VM on the host still can be accessed but for creating will be facing a problem. Currently our engineer team still investigating and recovering the problem.

  • [12/07-2022 - 16.25 WIB] Currently our team has been able to handle it and we are monitoring it

  • [12/07-2022 - 13.55 WIB] There is a problem again within one of our Host in the Jakarta 2 Region, VM on the host cannot be accessed. Currently, our engineer team still investigating and recovering the problem.

  • [12/07-2022 - 07.20 WIB] The Host Issue has been fixed, for now we are still monitoring the issue.

    NEO West Java 2 Host Problem

    [11/07/2022 - 19:02 WIB] There is a problem with in one of our Host in the West Java 2 Region, VM on the host still can be accessed but for creating and rebuild will be facing a problem. Currently our engineer team still investigating and recovering the problem.
